Currently our office is located in Ghaziabad and the orders are shipped from this warehouse. However for some selected products, we have shipments directly from warehouse of manufactures warehouses located across India.

Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
You can place your order by just providing us with your email address as Guest. However, it is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers/discounts and also to maintain your wishlist and account details for next time purchases and for availing schemes etc if any.
How do I know my purchase is complete?
You will see a confirmation message on the screen along with your order number. If you have bought deals, you will also receive your Gifteria.in voucher over Email and SMS to confirm your purchase. There may also be phone call from our customer service representative to confirm your order.
I did not get an invoice with my product bought from Gifteria.in. What should I do?
All Gifteria.in products are delivered along with an invoice listing the products bought. In case an invoice is not received by you along with your delivered product, please fill in our Contact Us form with your transaction details in 2 days and we will look into it immediately.
How do I track the status of my order(s)?

Do I have to pay any shipping or delivery charges?
Shipping charges are waived off if your total cart value for products (not deals) is Rs. 2499/- or above. Nominal Shipping charges of Rs.99) will apply if your product cart value is less than Rs. 2500/-.
What is the difference between shipping and delivery?
Term "Shipping" refers to packing and dispatching of your order. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (E.g. Dispatched within 2 to 4 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take 1-3 days from dispatch date, depending on the address specified for the order. For any additional information you may kindly check the Pin Code feature if Our shipping partners serves your city/town/State/country.
Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by filling up our Contact Us form with your order details and we will look at it immediately and get back to you. You can also Email us the details of your order.
Why have I not received my product yet?
Sometime due to unforeseen circumstances like Strikes, Disasters, Holidays, Delay by Courier Agency, Payments not Received, Out of Stock item or etc, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will be informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date.
How are the products packaged?
Each of the individual products that you have ordered are securely packaged in bubble wrap and put into a Box as required with precaution. The box is sealed well ensuring a safe delivery to your doorstep. In few products where special packaging & handling is required extra charges will be levied.
Which courier company do you use for delivery?
We have tied up with a number of reputed and credible courier partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, Aramax, First FLight, Delhivery & Indian Postal services. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

The price and charges mentioned on the site are final which may include taxes, VAT, Gift Wrapping charges(Minimum Rs.39), COD Charges, Shipping Charges, Courier Charges ,if any. All these will be displayed clearly on website.
I would like to pay when my order is delivered. Is that possible?
Yes you can do that. You can use our Cash on Delivery(COD) option. By selecting this payment option, you are required to pay money on the actual delivery of your product(s) after which you will handed the items you ordered. This COD option is available on selected products only at this moment and upto order of Rs.2500/-.
What is COD?
COD refers to Cash On Delivery. If you dont want to use debit/credit card or internet banking you have the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep.Just place your order and make cash payment upon the delivery of your order.To avail COD option you total value of order should be minimum Rs.1499/-
Can I pay by cheque for my order?

In Whatever product there is warranty mentioned on product it will be directly by the manufacturers and consumer need to approach the company service center nearby in case of any defect.
I have added a few products to my cart but I won't be buying them now. Can you save my list?
Yes, absolutely. We will keep your cart saved with us. The selected items will not be removed unless you remove those. However, since our inventory sells out fast, it is advised that you complete your purchase as soon as you can.
I am interested in a product that is sold out. How can I buy it?
Don't be disheartened if a product you like is not available currently. Click the Notify Me button/link on the product page. We will let you know the moment your selected product is back in stock.
What about refund after cancellation?
At this stage, we do not refund once you have placed the order, neither you can cancel your order, so you need to be careful while placing the order.
